      • If renewal payment fails, paid features may be suspended until successful payment is completed.

   3. Compliance with Laws

      You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements while using our website and app.

2. User Accounts

   1. Account Creation

      To access certain features, you may register using mobile number login or social login providers such as Google, Apple, Facebook, or WhatsApp. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

3. User Content

   1. App Features and Permissions

      Our mobile app may use relevant device permissions and settings to provide features such as location-based Panchang results and personalized experience.

   2. Push Notifications

      If enabled, we may send notifications related to Panchang updates and reminders. You can disable notifications from app or device settings.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

   We may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, and integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

   1. Disclaimer of Warranties

      Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shubh Panchang and its team from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
